ULTRA GRIP is a high-performance, bright extra white, light-textured concrete and masonry waterproofing coating designed for superior protection and durability. This commercial-grade, 10-year waterproofing solution is formulated with flexible encapsulated polymers that penetrate porous surfaces, providing exceptional resistance to up to 10 psi of negative or positive hydrostatic pressure—equivalent to a 22-foot wall of water. ULTRA GRIP also offers protection against radon gas penetration and includes an environmentally friendly biocide to resist mildew growth.

Ideal for interior and exterior applications, ULTRA GRIP is perfect for basement walls, elevator pits, footings, pools, tanks, bathroom walls, and lower sections of exterior walls to prevent peeling and efflorescence. It delivers excellent anti-carbonation protection for long-term durability and conforms to ASTM D-7088 for Hydrostatic Pressure Resistance and ASTM D-6904 for Wind-Driven Rain Resistance.
