ULTRA GRIP CLEAR is a high-gloss, clear, high-performance commercial-grade concrete and masonry waterproofing coating designed for floors, walls, and decorative surfaces. Formulated with waterproofing resin and flexible encapsulated polymers, it penetrates porous surfaces to provide exceptional protection against moisture and hydrostatic pressure. Capable of resisting up to 4 psi of negative or positive hydrostatic pressure—the equivalent of an 8.8-foot high wall of water—it also reduces radon gas penetration. ULTRA GRIP CLEAR includes an environmentally friendly biocide to resist mildew growth, ensuring long-lasting performance and durability.

Ideal for interior and exterior applications, ULTRA GRIP CLEAR is suitable for basement walls, elevator pits, footings, pools, tanks, bathroom walls, and lower sections of exterior walls to prevent peeling and efflorescence.
